Well there have been lots of good ones, but a few of my most memorable:
-Boot Hill during Bike Week was insaaaaaaaane! Loved it!
-The time we played (I believe) The Clubhouse until 2AM on a Saturday, got home about 3:30, then got up at 5 to go to B.F.F.A.R. and play at 9AM! That was tough, but very fun!
-And a very special one was playing ‘Plans We Made’ acoustically at Jason and Rose’s wedding for their first dance. It meant a lot that they would want our song to be their first dance, and we loved being there to perform it!
My wedding, “plan’s we made” which is a highlight of my life.
But actually show.
Bike week at the boothill saloon was crazy, tons of people & the bouncer had to actually get on the stage to stop the show! because of playing over quitting time. “You all gotta get the fu<k out!”
Fun Times.
That’s just one of the many great shows though.
Haha, one of my favorite shows was at Bikers For First Amendment Rights (BFFAR) when we played “Cliffs of Dover”. One of the regulars there (Pete) kept yelling “It’s Satriani! I’ve never heard anybody play Satriani like that!”… which is FUNNY, because ‘Cliffs of Dover’ is an Eric Johnson song.
I wish I had a picture of that guy. It would so totally make this post complete! If we play there again I’ll have to make it a point to get a snapshot if he’s there.
I wanted to tell WB that Titusville had a great time on March 28th! You guys rock! With talent like that ya’ll will definately go many, many places! I am still getting complements about you guys! We will be seeing you soon!
